Now that you Have your Paper

The Following Is An Illustration Of How To Import The PLAIN TEXT VERSION of your paper into ANY word processing program -- works w/ PCs and MACs !

STEP # 1 -
Open The Mail Entitled "PLAIN TEXT VERSION OF PAPER"

This Is What You Will See Once It Has Been Opened:

Open the PLAIN TEXT Version Email and HIGHLIGHT all of the WORDS by holding down the LEFT mouse button and scrolling -- until all of the words are blackened...

WHEN YOU OPEN THIS E-MAIL,
YOU WILL SEE THE WORDS OF THE PAPER IN SMALL PRINT, SINGLE-SPACED FORMAT --- HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE WORDS WITH YOUR MOUSE BY HOLDING DOWN THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON AND MOVING OVER ALL THE WORDS FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM.. ONCE HIGHLIGHTED, IT WILL LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS :

This is what you should see once you've scrolled down to the bottom of the e-mail and highlighted everything (the words will be different of course !)

Step # 2 : Goto The TOP Of Your Screen .. Click EDIT and then choose COPY
This copies the words of the paper from the e-mail so that you can "paste" them elsewhere..

Click EDIT on the top of the screen and then choose COPY from the menu that drops down ..

Step # 3 : START YOUR WORD PROCESSING PROGRAM..
Click 'FILE' (top of screen) then 'NEW'  -start a NEW DOCUMENT....
CHOOSE 'EDIT' FROM THE TOP OF THE SCREEN AGAIN.. and then Choose 'PASTE'

CLICK EDIT AND THEN CHOOSE PASTE

GOTO your WORD PROCESSING PROGRAM .. START A NEW DOCUMENT .. .click FILE then NEW (usually) ... then click EDIT and PASTE
WHEN THE WORDS APPEAR,
HIGHLIGHT ALL TEXT AND CHANGE FONT TO COURIER NEW (12pt).
After clicking EDIT and then choosing PASTE in your WORD PROCESSING PROGRAM, you're done. If you need to VERIFY our PAGE COUNT -- highlight all of the words w/ your mouse  .. change the FONT to COURIER NEW (12 pt. size) .. and double space the document -- TO FIX BROKEN HALF-LINES -- goto the end of the broken line and press the DELETE button on your KEYBOARD ..


Step # 4 : Begin To Use Our Paper As Research
If you need to verify the LENGTH of the report, be sure to re-double space it and -- repair any broken lines (as seen above) by going to the end of the line and pressing the 'DELETE' key

**REMEMBER, YOU *MUST* CITE THE PAPER STORE AS A SOURCE WHEN WRITING YOUR OWN PAPER!
